SharkAzul

Privacy and security

Role-based access

Each person logs in with their own account and sees only what their role allows. Customers see only the information for their own company and sites. These rules are enforced in the database, not just on screen.

Invitations and passwords

Accounts are activated with a single-use invitation. SharkAzul never sends passwords by email and does not store them in plain text.

Files and photos

Photos and documents are stored in private storage and displayed through temporary links that expire. Photos taken from the application are resized and re-encoded on the device itself before uploading, which removes camera metadata, including location.

Change log

Relevant changes —users, permissions, imports, syncs and content— are logged with date and author.

Demo data

Demo data is kept separate from real data and is never sent to external integrations, emails or production reports.

Requests from this website

The information you submit in the demo form is used only to respond to your request. To request its deletion, write to us through the same form, stating the email address you used.

Cookies and visits

If you accept the cookie notice, this site stores an anonymous identifier in your browser and records which pages you visit, so we know what interests you and can serve you better. We do not store your IP address. If you later submit the form or open a link from our emails, those visits are linked to your contact record. If you decline, nothing is recorded. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
